Corangamite Vocational Education Consultative Council (CVECC)

What is the purpose of the Council?

The Corangamite Vocational Education Consultative Council (CVECC) is an opportunity for all business owners, industry representatives, service agencies and members of the community with an interest in vocational education training within the Corangamite region to:
hear from industry and employers about what they want from vocational education and training (VET)

  • meet with other VET stakeholders and share experiences and ideas
  • learn about VET initiatives and programs that are successfully assisting industry and businesses with their workforce development
  • participate in determining learning and assessment strategies to improve locally provided training and opportunities to participate in validation of the assessment process
  • build contacts and networks that will build their professional capabilities.

  • Registered Training Organisations/ACFE Providers
  • Trainers, assessors and teachers
  • Learners
  • Individuals and organisations with an interest in the skills needs of our community
